I acquire both general interest and academic books across a wide range of history. Among the areas I cover are American history; Atlantic history; European history, including Russia and Central Europe; the modern Middle East, and East Asian and South Asian history. In American history I have a particular interest in early America, the U.S. West, and Native American history, as well as works that consider the United States in an international context. I also welcome book proposals for international history, military history, legal history, and biographies.
