She is the 2019 recipient of the American Psychological Association’s Ernest R. Hilgard Award for Lifetime Contributions to Psychology.

Alexis Redding is the Faculty Co-Chair of Higher Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is an expert in the college experience and teaches graduate courses in college student development and student affairs.
